Finding the right support for you
NHS Talking Therapies can help with many common mental health problems. It’s a good fit for people who are ready to take part in regular sessions and try things out between appointments. However, we may not be the right service if your main difficulty is related to housing or financial concerns, substance use, eating disorders, or more complex mental health needs.
If you need specialist support or help with challenges outside of our expertise, there are many trusted organisations across Derby and Derbyshire ready to help you.
